The opening reception for my current solo show, Capital Offenses, was on Friday, August 16 at Monmouth Museum in Lincroft, NJ. The reception was originally scheduled to happen on August 9, but I was going to be at my niece’s wedding in Massachusetts that weekend, and I was not going to miss that! So we changed the date to the 16th. It went very well and had a nice-sized crowd in attendance. I sold several copies of my two moneyart books and signed them. It was a fun evening, with good food, wine and interesting conversations with many people. A huge thanks to the museum staff and all who came out for both the opening and the talk!

The gallery Talk was on Wednesday, August 21. I gave a one-hour gallery talk about my work on Wednesday. Again, we had a great crowd for the talk, and many good questions were asked at the end. There was a heavy downpour during the talk, which you can hear on the video, but it ended before we left, so it was no problem. There will be a video posted soon of the talk. I am editing it now, and it should be ready in a day or two.

Thanks again to all who came out for the talk, you were a great audience! Check back soon for the video of the gallery talk. The exhibition will be up until September 8, 2019.
